个人简介

   已完成国家973、国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金和中国石油科技项目等省部级科研项目40多项。科研工作领域涉及汽柴油加氢改质(精制)、重质油加氢、润滑油加氢等。

   研究成果获省部级科技奖励3次,其中“劣质柴油加氢精制催化剂的工业应用”获得2012年度中国石油科技进步一等奖。“集中式城镇废油资源化技术及应用”获2019年度中国商业联合会科学技术一等奖。公开出版了《现代无机合成与制备化学》、《石油组成与转化化学》、《多场协同强化分离技术与理论》等专著,在国内外重要学术期刊上发表了研究论文200多篇,申请授权发明专利30多项。 

   主要学术和技术成果:

(1)系统研究馏分油石油烃类、S/N杂原子化合物等组成,设计产品清洁化工艺与催化剂,重点研究催化剂的组成、结构及其构效关联,包括催化作用机理和催化反应机理等,完善实验室-小试-工业侧线等阶段的化学工程基础,形成并产业化国IV、V、VI阶段劣质柴油的清洁化技术。研究成果获中国石油天然气集团公司科技进步一等奖(2012)。

(2)系统研究石油基润滑油基础油烃类组成、S/N杂原子化合物及其加氢环境下的转化规律,设计了高黏度指数基础油的生产工艺技术及其催化剂。完善催化材料和催化剂规模化的制备过程中的工程化基础。开发了异构脱蜡技术、废润滑油全组分循环利用技术、生物基合成酯类润滑油技术等。研究成果获全国商业联合会一等奖(2021)。

(3)根据水热合成原理、完善水热合成技术的工程化基础和装备技术,实现了钛酸钡等纳米粉体、分子筛纳米粉体的规模化制备及其相关材料在石油化工、精细化工和节能减排领域的应用。

(4)正在进行单原子-簇-纳米材料在重油转化、炼化一体化和氢能暨能源和资源转化利用领域的应用基础的研究工作,取得的阶段性的研究成果获得青岛市自然科学二等奖(2021),研究成果获山东省自然科学二等奖(2022)。
