个人简介

从事天然气化工/煤化工/CO2转化/空气净化等过程所涉及的催化氧化/催化加氢/催化重整/催化偶联等基础反应的催化剂新材料(单原子催化剂、纳米复合催化剂)设计开发、催化剂结构化/工程化制备和催化机理方面(单原子催化、界面催化)的研究。代表性成果如下:①针对天然气制烯烃反应温度高、产物选择性低等问题,开发了新型复合氧化物催化剂可高效活化O2分子并有效调控活性氧物种类型,反应温度降低了近200 oC,烯烃选择性提高了30%Sci. Adv., 2017iScience, 2019J. Catal., 2021Angew, 2022);②针对草酸酯加氢产物选择性低等问题,设计制备了系列合金,可实现官能团的“靶向活化”,有效提高了产物选择性(铜基催化剂的<90%提高至96-98%ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, 2019Appl. Catal. B, 2020Chem. Eng. J., 2021);③针对催化氧化催化剂的烧结失活,提出了反向界面的设计思路,制备了一系列反向催化剂,有效抑制了催化剂的烧结(Nat. Commun., 2017Catal. Sci. Technol., 2020);④针对CO2难活化且存在竞争反应路径导致的甲醇收率低等难题,设计开发了一系列合金催化剂,极大提高了甲醇收率(iScience, 2019Sci. Adv., 2021);⑤针对强放热高通量反应,发展了一系列技术将催化材料原位生长于高导热纤维/泡沫载体上,制备了整体式催化剂,实现了“催化-传质传热”的协同耦合(Ind. Eng. Chem. Res., 2019J. Catal., 2021ACS Appl. Mater. Interface, 2021)。在Sci. Adv.Nat. Commun.AngewJACSAdv. Mater.Appl. Catal. BACS Catal.J. Catal.AIChE J.Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.等期刊发表论文130篇(H因子29Scopus)。申请中国/国际发明专利19/1项。主持国家自然科学基金委-中石油联合基金项目1项(U1462129)、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项(21703069)、国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(22179038),上海市科委碳中和专项一项(21DZ1206700)。获2014年“上海市优秀博士学位论文”。
